"My therapeutic approach is designed to motivate deep change, from self-awareness and discovery into action. I believe that anxiety tolerance along with a firm yet compassionate relationship to oneself is the key to living a balanced, enriched, and stable life. My main goal as a therapist is to help clients develop a solid sense of self, which will ideally enable them to connect intimately and openly with others from a place of authenticity, confidence, and self-respect.
I approach each client uniquely and help clients develop coping skills based on their individual needs. I both gently guide and challenge my clients on their paths towards healing and abundance."
